SMS Messaging and Verbal Opt-In
Above and Beyond Plumbing & Electric Company, Inc may collect SMS communication opt-ins verbally from customers. Customers may opt in to receive text messages either in person at our physical location or over the phone when contacting our company.
When a customer is registered for the first time, they may be asked to provide their phone number and whether they would like to opt in to SMS communications, including billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications, and job completion surveys.
Customers who opt in verbally will be informed that message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, and they may text HELP for support or additional information and text STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Once a customer opts out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless the customer provides new consent.
Phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
