Tom Harmeier
Electrician
Tom has been working part-time with us since 2004. He uses his people and communication skills to ensure the best possible customer service. Outside of work, Tom enjoys golfing, camping, boating and waterskiing. His true enjoyment comes from going "Above and Beyond" for our customers and the quality of work that he provides.

John Hofman
Lead Electrical Tech
Originally from Poland, John was inspired by his grandfather to become an electrician and now has over 25 years of experience. He loves meeting new people, tackling challenging jobs, and bringing positive energy to every project. When he's not working, John enjoys family time, swimming, traveling, bowling with his son, and relaxing in the backyard he and his wife built from scratch. His favorites include Mexican and Polish food, Pink Floyd, FC Barcelona, and watching This Old House. His dream? To travel the world and make every day feel like Saturday.

Rob Simhauser
Lead Electrical Tech
Rob, originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, has been an electrician for 31 years after trading in his party tent setup days (which he still says was the best gig ever!). He loves golfing, playing pickleball, and hanging with his wife and their little sweetheart dog, Foo. His current goal? Powering up his pickleball game. Rob’s all about Mexican food, cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers, and jamming to 90s music. His favorite color is red, his go-to restaurant is El Porton, and he loves vacationing in Kauai, Hawaii—or better yet, looking forward to flipping the switch on retirement and doing whatever he wants!

Jensen Rendon
Lead Electrical Tech
Jensen’s wired for problem-solving and always brings the energy. After shadowing Nathan over spring break, he got plugged into the trade and hasn’t looked back—he’s been in the field for four years and loves troubleshooting and training. Just don’t ask him to crawl through an attic—he’s not that grounded. When he’s off the clock, he’s recharging at the gym, fishing, or flipping through the NEC 2023 codebook (yep, total electrician). A Memphis local, he dreams of owning a lakehouse where every day is set to auto-on fishing mode. He’s into tacos, Vikings, Tyler Childers, and building custom lamps—seriously, his ideas are lit. Jensen earned the title of Apprentice of the Year through the IEC program and is now stepping into a new role—teaching first-year students and helping spark the next generation of electricians.

Austin Harrison
Lead Electrical Tech
Austin’s been fully charged as an electrician since 2006, after getting his start on a summer job with his uncle. He loves solving tough problems and meeting new people—it's what keeps the job electrifying. Not a fan of hot attics or crawl spaces, but he powers through like a pro. Originally from Nashville, IL, he dreams of living in the woods near the beach, working on cars, and unplugging with his wife and two kids. He’s into tacos, car shows, NFL, NASCAR, and rocking out to bands like Tool and Grateful Dead. One day, he hopes to ground himself at a beach house and enjoy the good life.

Zane Scott
Lead Electrical Apprentice
Zane, a Memphis native, has been in the electrical trade for over two years and is currently powering up his skills in the IEC program. He loves hands-on work and the feeling of a job well done, even if crawl spaces and attics tend to short-circuit his energy. Outside of work, he’s either golfing, working on cars, or spending time with his fiancé. He’s a steak lover, Memphis Tigers and Grizzlies fan, and a big supporter of Treaty Oak Revival. Blue is his favorite color, dogs are his favorite animal, and his ideal vacation spot is the beach. Zane brings steady current— powered by hard work and good energy.

Cole Harmeier
Electrical Apprentice
Cole has been in the trades for about 8 months after leaving his warehouse job to work with his dad—and he’s loving it (well, most of the time). He enjoys new construction, remodels, and putting his own style into trim-outs. Outside of work, he’s into lawncare, hanging with his family, working out, and playing pickleball. He’s all about ice cream, Jeep trails, Maroon 5, and cheering on Alabama or the Eagles football. His dream day? Exploring trails in Hawaii and unwinding on the beach. If money weren’t an issue, he’d live in Florida or travel full-time in a van camper—fully charged for adventure!

Carter Zuendel
Electrical Apprentice
Carter is a Memphis local who became an electrician after a ride-along with Rob three years ago and has loved learning how to fix things ever since. He’s not a fan of hot attics, but is all amped up when it comes to mastering the trade and saving money. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and son, jamming to music from the '70s-2000s, and cheering on Iowa Hawkeyes wrestling. His perfect day? Chilling on a beach with no stress. He’s all about burgers, monkeys, and hopes to cruise the ocean someday. Carter’s out here working hard, charging up his skills every day, and dreaming on full power!

Wyatt Culp
Electrical Apprentice
Wyatt is an electrician who loves solving problems, staying active, and working with his hands—just don’t ask him to climb tall ladders; that’s where his current stops! He’s been in the trade for over a year and is excited to start the IEC program in fall 2025. Outside of work, he hangs with family, plays music, and dreams of becoming an electrician in another country someday. His favorites include steak, avocados, Seinfeld, boxing, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and the Bible. He’s a lake-loving, cat-owning, guitar-playing guy who’s wired for whatever comes next.
Our Plumbers

Landon Gray
Lead Plumbing Tech
Landon is a dedicated plumber with 10 years of experience who never thought he’d tap into this passion—but now he’s fully flushed with love for designing clean, efficient water and drain systems. Born and raised in Covington, TN, he lives in Tipton County with his wife and six kids. Landon’s on a mission to pipe up and build the best plumbing team in Memphis, taking pride in helping customers unclog their worries and keep the flow smooth. When he’s off the clock, he’s all about spaghetti, football, binge-watching Lucifer, and vacationing in Pigeon Forge. Even if money weren’t an issue, Landon would keep doing what he’s passionate about—plumbing and making a difference.
Our Office Staff

Kim VonThaden
Dispatcher
Kim joined our team in 2014 and has quickly become a rockstar dispatcher. She loves to help people and brighten up their day, even if her day hasn’t been the best. She has put a new spin on what it means to be a princess. (Just ask her!) When she is through with work, Kim likes spending time with her friends and family. Maybe it’s because they are so much fun to be around or either she's just glad not to be at work. A perfect day would include going to the theatre, reading a good book or just listening to some music.

Desiree Madden
CSR/DSR
Desiree has lived in both Clarksville, TN and Puerto Rico, and brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the table—she knows how to keep things running smoothly and deliver top-tier care with every interaction. She loves helping people and caring for her family. After work, she’s busy with kid activities, dinner, and bedtime, but dreams of beach days with slushies and sunshine. A plant lover with two DIY greenhouses, she hopes to one day live on her own island with a variegated banana tree. Her faves include sandwiches, Schitt’s Creek, the 49ers, banana ball, thriller books, seafood spots, and beach getaways. Black and purple are her go-to colors, and cats are her favorite animal!

Mike Scott
Operational Manager
Mike has over 29 years of experience in the industry and loves helping people solve tough problems. A Memphis local and proud dad of three, he got his start following in his dad’s HVAC footsteps. He’s striving to keep things running smooth and making sure the whole operation clicks. He enjoys working out, playing pickleball and golf, and relaxing at the lake. Mike's favorite things include steak, Seinfeld, the Steelers, Foo Fighters, and the book The Four Agreements. He hopes to spend more time traveling, volunteering, and reading. Blue is his favorite color, and he can’t resist a visit to Moon Dance or a chill day by the water.
