So it is here – 2011. And what a wonderful year it will be. We have lots of great plans in the works to make it the best one yet: for me, personally, and for Above and Beyond. Our goals range from continuing our work with many great charities to making homes and businesses safer to enjoying our families and our relationships with our customers.
To begin, we will really be focusing on getting feedback from our customers via this monthly newsletter. You can send me advice on growing Above and Beyond Electric or even any questions about our service. Your opinions matter to me!
I’ve learned over the years that the advice from our customers has gotten us to where we are today. As far as my push toward community service, I recently was given a magazine called Success from a great person, Bob Trainor. He helps corporations become more efficient and productive through procedures and common sense. Besides the great tips for small businesses, the magazine also inspires its readers.
Success encourages you to become more involved in your community. I hope through our newsletter, it will inspire you to do the same. We all need to get out there. It can be as simple as looking people in the eyes, smiling and telling them to have a great day; or getting your family and friends involved in a worthy project.
