Nathan Harmeier
President
 Nathan started Above and Beyond Electric in 2003. He focuses on enhancing customer service and the quality of work that is installed. Nathan is always looking for a way to better the life of his customers as well as his employees. "Going the extra mile" is what Nathan is known for. He gives all of his employees continuous training and education so that they can provide our customers with a "WOW" service experience. Nathan works hard to make sure that the company is ran in the most ethical and professional manner possible. He finds that developing relationships and helping his customers with all of their electrical needs very rewarding. In his spare time, Nathan likes to play softball, golf, and go to the gym. A perfect weekend includes spending time with his family at the park, camping at Heber Springs, or just staying around the house. Nathan's dedication to his family, employees, and customers shows in all of his accomplishments and is someone who clearly stands out amongst the crowd!
Robert Ingle
Service Manager
Robert has been with us for 4 years. His knowledge of the electrical industry produces high quality work and superior customer service. Robert ensures that our customers receive the best of care.
He has over 20 years of experience and enjoys the variety of the job, making sure that our customer knows they are definitely not "just another customer." Robert is happily married and has been blessed with 4 beautiful children. His interest include fishing, golfing, hunting, and listening to country music. He has a great attitude towards his day which has played a significant factor in his success. Rob says "Above and Beyond Electric is changing me to be a more ethical and moral person."
Kenny Rooker
Electrician
Kenny began his career with Above and Beyond Electric in 2005. He is currently enrolled in IEC's Electrical Apprenticeship program. Kenny's dedication to the team drives him to the daily demands of the electrical industry. It proves a great challenge to Kenny when someone says "It can't be done." Kenny's strength is in providing good honest service, making solid connections, and being there if called on. He loves spending time with his family, along with playing softball, swimming, and cookouts.
Stephen Wickham
Electrician
Stephen came to us in 2007 and has 11 years of electrical experience. He holds his journeyman license and TN State Contractors license. Stephen has been very successful at networking within the community and enjoys meeting people and building relationships. His interest include sports in general, as well as spending time with his family. It is important for our customers to know that whenever Stephen walks through their door, he is committed to providing superior service.
Tom Harmeier
Electrician
Tom has been working part-time with us since 2004. He uses his people and communication skills to ensure the best possible customer service. Outside of work, Tom enjoys golfing, camping, boating and waterskiing. His true enjoyment comes from going "Above and Beyond" for our customers and the quality of work that he provides.
Pam Beard
Customer Service Representative
Pam started here in January 2008. She has more than 29 years of customer service and relationship building experience. Her favorite aspect of her position is being able to have fun and work as a team. Pam is committed to giving each customer her full attention and treating them with the utmost respect. Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her 3 kids. Her hobbies include sewing, reading, and puzzles. Pam has a great attitude, loves to laugh and has been a great addition to our team.
